HomeFinder Channel 100 will feature 24 hour Real Estate programming of Toledo homes for sale, organized by neighborhood. The channel is seen exclusively on Buckeye CableSystem and serves real estate markets in NW Ohio and SE Michigan.

The launch promotion and saturation campaign begin the week of April 17. This will be a high profile launch as Buckeye CableSystem intends to rapidly make HomeFinder Channel 100 a household name in the Toledo Real Estate Services Community.

Inventory is starting to decrease. The Associated Press recently reported that the Midwest region was the only region in the USA to show an increase in home sales volume in recent weeks. That is a bit of positive news!

It's a new day for real estate in Toledo. HomeFinder 100 is coming soon as a dual platform Real Estate Channel and Real Estate Web Site Serving Greater Toledo Ohio!

HomeFinder 100 will be the only dual platform 24 hour real estate search system in the greater Toledo area including Northwest Ohio and nearby Southeast Michigan.

There will be a 1/2 hour real estate show on basic cable channel 100 for each major neighborhood in Toledo. You might see Perrysburg at 8 PM, Maumee at 8:30 PM and Sylvania at 9 PM. Show content will include 30 second movies about homes for sale, along with tips and information useful to buyers and sellers.

Buyers or sellers can research areas, neighborhoods, and real estate prices as they vary from area to area in the greater Toledo area.
